Obsessed is an understatement. This tahini-glazed carrot recipe from the New York Times will have you hooked. Bonus that it’s incredibly simple to make, and the carrots reheat well in the oven (low broiler recommended).

As many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
1 overhead squat (185/125 lb)
10 burpees box jumps (24/20 in)
2 overhead squats
10 burpees box jumps
3 overhead squats
10 burpees box jumps…
Continue adding 1 overhead squat each round until time expires.
