40 jumping pull-ups
30 kettlebell swings (62/44 lb)
25 box jump overs (24/20 in)
20 goblet squats (62/44 lb)
15 burpees
10 Turkish get-ups (62/44 lb)

1,000 box step-ups (45/30 lb rucksack, 20 in box)

If you plan to use a rucksack, please bring your own. There will be workout modifications for all ability levels.

Learn More About Chad

The hero workout, “Chad” is in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson. Chad took his life on October 29, 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast wave injuries and PTSD. Our goal is to honor Chad’s life and legacy and to raise awareness for suicide prevention.

The workout is done by many in the CrossFit community in support of veterans’ mental health. If you’re interested, you can learn more and donate to this cause here.

Veterans Day Information

This Saturday, November 11, we will be doing the hero workout, “Chad,” in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson.
