The Open workout 11.6 is the final workout in this years Open qualifier. With thruster and pull-ups this workout is sure to show who has some true power output. It will be the biggest gut check of them all. As reps increase each round this workout will test not only your physical strength but your mental fortitude.

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
100 pound Thruster, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 9 reps
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 18 reps
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups

The Rosens are participating in the CrossFit Open. Mark has been a long time CrossFit athlete and he is well on his way to qualifying for the CrossFit Games in July. Josh and Leo are new to CrossFit and have joined their dad here at the gym. It is a wonderful thing to see families coming together to live healthier and more active lives. The boys have each had tremendous improvement in their fitness and skill level since starting CrossFit and have been an integral support system for Mark.
