With the CrossFit Open in progress we have been able to compare ourselves against the world. Athletes from nearly every continent are participating and logging scores. CrossFit has always been collecting data. It is the way we prove and test the efficacy of our program. The key reason we keep score is to know if CrossFit is working for you.

The CrossFit Open Workout 11.5 has been released.  Our competition days are Wednesday and Saturday.  With a 20 minute time domain we ask for your patience and flexibility with attending class.  We will offer our regular schedule, run and judge the Open workout.  If you are able please come in early or stay late to accommodate everyone gets a judge and a chance to compete.  Also if you are competing on Saturday we encourage you to come in and support your fellow athletes today.

Often times at the top of the muscle up or dip people will arch their backs and loose the midline. Here Jesse demonstrates a slight hollowing out of the midline pulling his knees forward a bit and helping him acheive lock out. He is pressing from a more stable position.
