When most of us started CrossFit we were not aware of our true potential or what we could possibly achieve. We may have come in looking for a leaner body, better health or just something new, but what we found is a fitness program that challenged us to achieve things we never thought possible.  Climbing a 16ft rope, getting a pull-up or muscle-up, competiting in the CrossFit Open.
