10 kicks to the back on each side in a downward dog position
10 squats (add object in Round 2)
3 handstands

8-minute AMRAP:
10 handstand push-ups

We ask that anyone who borrowed gym equipment return it on Saturday, June 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Priority items include barbells, plates, and rowers. Small items such as kettlebells and dumbbells can be brought in when members return to the gym or classes.
