Who would have ever thought that it would be fun to watch people workout. We exercise for lots of different reasons but I would wager that very few of us do it in hopes of one day doing it in front of a crowd. However it is super fun to watch people do workouts that you might try at home or do yourself in the gym.
REMINDER: If you have not yet registered for the Open, do so now so that we will know to schedule you a heat time for Saturday morning.
