Tonight at 5pm the first workout of the CrossFit games 2012 season will be announced. Thousands of people from all over the world will tune in to see the range of motion requiremnts and rules of the first workout. They may get exited, nervous, happy, relieved, and a myriad of other reactions. the shared experience all over the world is one of the things that makse the open so remarkable. Over the next few weekes the gym will begin to buzz with talk of the Open, lets be sure not to loose perspective the point of competition in our gym is two fold first to have Fun and second to get some Improved performance due to the competitive environment. So take a deep breath and lets get ready to have a great time and enjoy the party.
