The group dynamics that happen during a group class can be very motivating. Sometimes there is someone we want to stay ahead of, and other times someone we are trying to catch. What ever it may be, a little friendly competition will often push us to go a little harder and dig a littler deeper. The end result of such competition is better results and better fitness for all of us.
