Where You Want To Be

CFSC-12-24-2011 9Annabelle in good position.

Understanding what is feels like to be in good position is the first step in moving well.  It is only once you have felt the correct position can you adequately assess what is not good position. Working with lighter weights and slower movement we can more easily feel changes in position.  Once we understand how weight and speed affect our movement we can learn how to prevent changes in position.
