For some time now we have been posting the workout of the day at midnight the night before we run it in class. This timing preserves some degree of the unknown element and gives our athletes a little time to pack their bag, choose an outfit and decide if they need tape or flashy socks to get them fired up. Many people like to know ahead of time and the ones who do not wait till after class to check the site.
