Eating a clean diet and being consistent with your workouts will yield results. The changes we see in the mirror, reveal a healthier body. But it is the changes we can't see that make CrossFit different. Better sleep, better focus at work, more calm at home, etc... How has CrossFit changed you?  Post thoughts to comments.
