3 rounds of as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

9 sumo deadlift high-pulls (62/44 lb)
6 dumbbell thrusters (35/25 lb)
3 bar muscle-ups

Rest 1 minute between each AMRAP.

1 deadlift (225/155 lb)
1 burpee box jump (24/20 in)
2 deadlifts
2 burpee box jumps
3 deadlifts
3 burpee box jumps…

Continue adding 1 rep to each movement until time expires.
