2 dumbbell front squats (50/35 lb)
2 ring dips
4 dumbbell front squats
4 ring dips
6 dumbbell front squats
6 ring dips
8 dumbbell front squats
8 ring dips
10 dumbbell front squats
10 ring dips

Continue adding 2 reps per round until time elapses.

Sweet Beet Salad with Pickled Onions

In the cold of winter when our vegetables are most often consumed warm, it's nice to have a side dish that is closer to a fresh spring salad. While these beets are cooked and perfectly sweet, the fresh herbs and crunchy pickled onions will make you feel like warmer days are coming. 

Pro tip: If you are avoiding sugar, the dressing is still delicious without honey.
