Tyson in great snatch set up
When setting up for a snatch we are looking for a straight line from head to tail with the shoulders slightly in front of the bar and weight distributed evenly throughout the foot. When the bar leaves the ground it should travel backwards a little bit. Tyson could make a slight change in his shoulder position by torquing out his elbows, spinning the shoulder back a bit and turning on the upper back and lats. That will make him have faster turn over and help to make sure he does not receive the bar forward.
