With the CrossFit Open in progress we have been able to compare ourselves against the world. Athletes from nearly every continent are participating and logging scores. CrossFit has always been collecting data. It is the way we prove and test the efficacy of our program. The key reason we keep score is to know if CrossFit is working for you.
