Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlift 155 pounds/100pounds
12 Push-Up
15 Box Jump 24 inch/20 inch

The format of the CrossFit Open has lead to some incredible things so far. There has been maximum participation gym wide with over 55 people competing. There are three known pregnant women at various stages competing. Many people are doing things they did not think they were capable of and exceeding their own expectations. People are practicing skills, taking charge of their rest and getting better at everything. This  Saturday will be another great competition opportunity. So far so good, keep up the strong work team.
