The double under is a skill that takes coordination, and composure. Timing your jump and your hand speed are critical. Keeping good posture is paramount. Duffy is jumping tall with straight legs and a tight mid-line. When in the air he uses his wrists to get the rope to go around twice. Practicing the double under can help you make great strides with the skill but mastering the correct posture will help more.
