Tabata Overhead Squats

Using only a dowel
Complete a full round of Tabata...
making odd rounds "fast as you can"
and the even rounds "slow as you can"
taking the entire 20 seconds to complete one squats
Run 800meters
Repeat Tabata interval with barbell
Run 800 meters
Repeat Tabata interval add weight
Run 800 meters
Repeat Tabata interval add weight
