315-lb. deadlift, 3 reps

$700 prize for the best performance videotaped, uploaded to YouTube and linked in CrossFit.com comments by 5 p.m. PT Sunday. Women pull sub-1:43/500-m pace and deadlift 215 lb. to be eligible for the prize.

On Saturday, Feb. 22,  from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., we are offering a clinic. The clinic will cover ideal positions and tools to improve function and stay out of pain. If you have a nagging, issue we want to address it. The clinic will cost $30, and will cover basic positions and movement strategies to help you understand your issues better.

If you have been with us less than a year and have no idea what to do with a lacrosse ball or rubber band, this clinic is for you. If you are planning on doing the Open, this clinic is for you. If you want to improve your CrossFit performance or mitigate your own pain, this clinic is for you.
