This is the second resource post for the "Consistency is King" Competition.
Today the topic is Mobility. When we talk about mobility we are talking about a myriad of behaviors and practices aimed at improving athletes positioning and movement set-up. Using simple tools we should be able to increase range of motion and solve movement disfunction. Using balls, bands and rollers we can start to make small changes and overtime these small changes will aggregate into a large change.
A great place to start is MobilityWod.Com. The MWod is a daily video blog by Kelly Starrett, one of the best coaches in the CrossFit community. Each video contains a description and demonstration of something anyone can do to improve their movement. Start Here: Episode 1
