Fight Gone Bad is a great benchmark workout and a fun test. Everyone did a great job today and congratulations to those of you who completed it for the first time or set a new personal record. If you did not, ask yourself what it means about your fitness and if you need to do something about it.
The first Friday night event was a success. Awesome job to everyone who came out for the sandbag lug. Next week's weightlifting competition should be another great time.

CrossFit Kids and Teens Program Reminder:
Kids sessions will now be taught by Nicole (831.251.6785), Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm and Saturdays 10-11am.
Teen sessions will now be taught by Cara (650.208.2031), Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4:15-5:15pm.
All kids and teen sessions are appointment-based, so please let the coach know when your children plan on attending. Hope your children can join us!
