Olympic style weightlifting expert coach, Mike Burgener often says he would rather start with a flexible and weak athlete than a tight strong one. He says it is easy to make someone strong but limber is harder to achieve. Anyone who has tested out the Mobility wod by Kelly Starrett knows that gaining flexibility is a hard road. Keep working your mobilty because it will make it easier to get strong.
