The New Year's Eve Crew
CrossFit is not for everyone. It takes a bit of a special breed to be willing to set your ego aside, push through the discomfort and stick with it. The workouts are hard and they never get easier. We like the fact that as soon as you get good at something there is always something else you were neglecting and get to work on that.
