Steeped in the CrossFit model is the idea of the garage gym. That there is no need for a 10,000sq-ft facility filled with fancy equipment. An athlete can do CrossFit with a minimal amount of gear and nothing more than a garage. It isn't always easy to train without the amenities, however there is something very noble about the endeavor.
Matt has outfitted his garage and instead of following CrossFit.com or coming up with his own program, he follows CrossFit Santa Cruz's workout. With a recent trip home Matt showed us the results of his hard work and completed Grace is 2:16. Keep it up and get back as soon as you can!
