While Arlo may not be coaching for a few more years, we are always on the lookout for great coaches. In our quest we have been lucky enough to hosted some of the best, Kelly Starrett and Mike Burgener and Tony Blauer to name a few.
We would now like to introduce a new coach to CrossFit, Mark Bell. While Mark may be new to CrossFit, he is not new to powerlifting. He certainly knows a thing or two about lifting heavy things. He can squat over 1000 pounds and can bench more than 800. He owns the strongest gym in the west, Super Training Gym and runs the CrossFit Powerlifting courses on the west coast. He is smart and funny which you can gleam from reading his blog. We are lucky to get him to come down and share his expertise with us.
