2 rounds for time with a partner of:

Farmers carry and run Rail Trail loop “relay”

Partner 1: Kettlebell farmers carry (53/35 lb) turning right from the gym
Partner 2: Run turning left from the gym

When partners meet they switch roles, trading off farmers carry and running and continuing in their original direction to complete their loop back to the gym.

When both partners have returned to the gym, rest exactly 3:00 before beginning round two.

The loop covers Mission Extension, Swift Street, Rail Trail and Natural Bridges Road.
