The CrossFit Open: Friday Night Lights

If you are looking for something fun to do on Friday nights during the Open, come by the gym to cheer on our 5 and 6:15 p.m. classes (or join in yourself!). We usually have a pretty good crowd going by the end and, if we're lucky, Tom might even bring his magic cooler filled with sparkling water and beer for the cheering section.
