The CrossFit Open Starts This Week!

  • Cost: $20

  • Dates: February 16th - March 6th

  • General Info: Starting February 16th, CrossFit will be releasing one Open workout a week on Thursdays for three weeks. We will run the workout during classes on Fridays, so all you have to do is show up and we will take care of the rest. There are many divisions offered, so anyone can participate regardless of skill level. Register here or visit CrossFit.com for more information.

    • Can't make it in on Fridays? Don't let that stop you. Talk to one of our coaches about make-up days.

  • Friday Night Lights: If you are looking for something fun to do on Friday nights during the open, come by the gym to cheer on our 5 and 6:15 p.m. classes (or join in yourself!). We usually have a pretty good crowd going by the end and if we're lucky, Tom might even bring his magic cooler filled with sparkling water and beer for the cheering section.
