As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 dumbbell hang squat cleans (35/25 lb)
2 chest-to-bar pull-ups
1 50 ft shuttle run
4 dumbbell hang squat cleans (35/25 lb)
4 chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 50 ft shuttle run
6 dumbbell hang squat cleans (35/25 lb)
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
3 50 ft shuttle run
Continue adding 2 reps to the cleans and pull-ups and 1 rep to the shuttle runs until time elapses.
