CrossFit Santa Cruz will be participating in the Whole Life Challenge starting on April 14 and ending May 25. We'll work on all areas of our well-being—nutrition, mobility, and exercise to start. The Whole Life Challenge will help you replace a few bad habits with good habits. Learn more about it here.
The Whole Life Challenge is kind of a game that challenges us to "try on" a whole life of health and fitness for six weeks. As a team, we can win and lose points (hopefully we'll win more than we lose.) And the prize is ... well, it's who you are on May 25.
