This week is the 10th annual CrossFit Games! It's an exciting time of year for the CrossFit community at large, as the Fittest on Earth will be crowned. Many of our staff and athletes will be in L.A. to work the event once again this year. Here is how to watch from home.
All classes will be run on the regular schedule with special guest coaches and excellent subs. This week is a great opportunity to try out new coaches and enjoy the talent we have in our community!
