6 hand-release push-ups

9 hand-release push-ups
9 dumbbell snatches (50/35 lb.)

Partner 1 completes the round of 3 reps of each movement, then Partner 2 does the same. Teammate alternate in this fashion for 20 minutes, adding 3 reps to each movement per round.
