The CrossFit Open is proving to be a novel experience for many. The environment is entirely different from average training. We have a judge present to validate each rep and assure fair play. Our friends and family form a crowd of spectators. We log our score in for a world wide ranking for all to see. It is the pressure and stress that makes it fun. Enjoy we only have two weeks left!
