The first workout of the 2012 CrossFit Games season is in the books. We saw some incredible performances by more than 66 athletes. In sports it is common to analyze and evaluate your performance, ask yourself things like: Could I have done one more? What if I would have done something different? Use week one as a learning experience, take a deep breath and get ready for next week. Five weeks of competition is taxing and hard.
