Allison is incredible. She had her first baby almost exactly three months ago. She did CrossFit up until her due date, modifying intensity and load and taking very good care of herself and her unborn baby. She had her son, Levi, waited her assigned six weeks and returned to working out. She is taking her time building back to full intensity using lighter weights and trimming reps if need be. She looks incredible and is doing a beautiful job taking care of her adorable three month old baby boy. Keep up the strong work Allison, we are so proud of you.
