Today's competition starts at 8:30am. Spectators are encouraged to wear your CrossFit Santa Cruz gear and represent the gym. Volunteers are still needed! If you have any free time tomorrow please volunteer in some fashion. Even if you can only give an hour, your help would be appreciated. If you volunteer all day you will receive a free shirt and free lunch. And you will be part of one amazing event.
