As CrossFitters we are no less than obsessed with fitness, performance, improvement and results. It is often hard to feel like you are getting better at everything. However the great thing about CrossFit is the profound understanding that if you are getting better at gymnastics it will improve your weightlifting and that if you go as hard as you can for a workout lasting only 3-10 minutes you will get better at running a 5k.
