Three parts of the snatch
Over the last three days we talked a lot about core to extremity movements. Getting power from hips and then transfering that power through the arms via a rigid midline was the main focus of the workouts in the last cycle. We used the rower, the thruster, the ketelbell swing and the wall ball to practice.
