Saturday Laurie coached her first ever CrossFit Santa Cruz handstand clinic. Word on the street is both sessions were a big success and that people did things they never had done before. People took their first steps on their hands, did pirouettes, and gained new confidence at being inverted. Thanks Laurie... we look forward to learning more from you in the future.
