On Saturday Garrahan Off Road Training held a two day clinic in Hollister. The event was aimed at teaching riders better technique and mechanics. Some of their riders have started training CrossFit with us at the gym and so we were fortunate enough to get to participate in the clinic. It was a great event and we had a lot of fun. It is always exciting and beneficial to use our fitness to go out and learn new things.

Details: 1.) Sign up board for food is on whiteboard at the gym (thank you for your contribution to the food! We'd love any attempt to make something vs off the shelf stuff like chips, but if shelf is all you've got...bring it.)
2.) Please carpool if possible. If swimming (and why would you not be?!) bring towels and swimsuits.
3.) 4 pm start time. That's when the pool fun begins. This isn't a party you need to be fashionably late to in order to be cool.
