Tyler represents.

CrossFit is a lot of things to a lot of people.  It's a sport.  It's a fitness program.  It's a way of life.  The aim is to increase our work capacity.  The aim is to make better people: better husbands, better bosses, better friends.  The quality of life that we are looking for goes far beyond six-pack abs and tight booties; it is about sincere relationships and happy lives.
