Day One In The Books

On Wednesday we ran a bunch of athletes through the first workout of the CrossFit Open.  We will be running it again on Saturday for anyone who has yet to compete.  We would like to encourage anyone who want to try and complete the workout as Rx'd to do so. 

It is fun to see how we rank among ourselves and it will most certainly be fun to see how our gym ranks among the rest of the world!

30 Wall Ball
30 Box Jump
30 Kettlebell Swings
