With 50% more rowing machines in the gym now you can expect to spend a little more time rowing. Rowing is a wonderfully horrid metabolic stimulator and a great developer of power, coordination, and mental toughness. Row Row Row your boat.

Tomorrow is our Back Yard BBQ Party!  The Festivities start at3:30pm and will go till late.  The location is written on the wall at the gym.  Also we will email the address to everyone who emails us by Friday at 7pm.

Please bring only home made goodies to share, we will be supplying Corralitos Meat and some refreshing beverages.
