Most of the time better movement comes from paying attention to the details. The overhead squat requires many. You must have active shoulders, solid mid-line, flexible hips, and strong legs. It is a great test of athleticism, strength, and agility.

We are working out some details for our Back Yard BBQ Party This Saturday May 15th at 3:30pm. It will be family friendly.

We will be providing some cocktails and meat and would like you to bring a home made favorites to share. We will need appetizers, salads, side dishes, and dessert. We would also like to get and idea of how many people who plan to attend.
