One of the most time efficient and pretty effective recovery tools Irecommend is the hot cold shower. You get in there and hang out in the
warmth and relax for a bit, wash your hair, shave, lather, etc. Then you turn
the dial to the coldest it will go and endure the shock for at least
two minutes then you go back to hot and enjoy. If you do three cycles
like this after a workout ending on cold you will recover better and be
less sore. It is one of my stand by lazy recovery tricks...give it a
try.
