Which one of these kids is doing their own thing?
CFSC will be running all regularly schduled classes this week except for Thursday. Thursday we will just be having an 8, 9, and 10am class.
Workout:
With a continously running clock, do one pull up the first minute, two pull ups the second minute, three pull ups the third minute, etc. until you cannot get all pull ups done in one minute.
