Workout:
Get as many reps as you can in 2 min each of:
Box Jumps
Rope Climbs
Double Unders
Burpees
Sit Ups
Barbell Thrusters (Men=65lbs and Women=45lbs)
Rest 90 seconds in between each two minute effort.
Total up all of your reps and post your score to comments.
