With the CrossFit Open excitement buzzing about the gym, the only question is, are you in?  The CrossFit Open is designed to offer the most possible participation world wide.  We are going to be hosting the workout on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  We want everyone who wants to and thinks they can complete the workouts Rx'd to sign up and join our team. If you need to scale don't worry we will run the workouts with scaling options.

We also want to get as much spectatorship as possible for all of our team members. We encourage you to come in on Wednesdays and cheer each other on and on Saturdays we will make noise as well.

Today is our CrossFit Open Kitchen Kick Off Party.  We will be meeting at New Leaf at 11am to share food, recipes and inspiration.  If you are competing or are interested in competing show up and get some ideas on how to improve your performance.

400 Meter run

Darleen has been working her technique, improving her skills, sticking to the paleo diet and logging her scores on beyond the whiteboard. Her hard work and dedication have been paying off big time. Keep up the strong work Darleen, we are looking forward to seeing how you do in in the CrossFit Open.
