We know that nutrition is the key to quality performance. And with the CrossFit Open starting next week, we want everyone to do their best. To help we have reserved the kitchen at New Leaf tomorrow, Saturday morning from 11-12pm.
There are three ways to participate this Saturday.
1. Bring your favorite dish to share. (Zone/Paleo)
2. Bring your favorite recipe and shopping list to share.
3. Bring yourself and any questions you have about eating well.
