What is it to push it?  Everyone has a tolerance for suffering.  Where the tolerance lies will vary by day, month and year.  CrossFit provides the atmosphere to allow us to push ourselves out of our comfort zone.  Remember "Comfort is an illusion. Good News

Mark your calenders people. The O'Regan family have graciously offered their beautiful back yard for our upcoming party.  On May 15th we will be celebrating spring and all of our gym wide successes. We are proud of what we do and our wonderful community. We are looking forward to a great time.

Often during a workout the music seems to disappear and the tempeature no longer seems to matter, its only you and the workout.  The places we go during a workout vary by degree and kind, some go to a dark place others got to a happy place.  No matter where we go during our workout, we can often find solace in having our friends around during and after. There is something so wonderful about commiserating over a workout.

Most of us who come in on a regular basis have found a way to make working out a priority and fit it into our daily schedule.  However, many of us occasionally travel and are forced to find a different ways to maintain and/or continue to improve our fitness levels.  What is your strategy?  Find an affiliate in another city?  Workout extra days before you leave?  Workout on your own with whatever equipment you can find wherever you are?

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute,two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
